To be honest, I didn't know what to expect. We really wanted to buy the house but with it being older, we wanted to make sure we got a good inspection before closing. I am a first-time home buyer and had no idea what to expect. Priority Home Inspections gave me a very fair quote, the inspector showed up on time and did a fantastic and thorough job. He explained everything to me, showed me all his findings and had the report to me by 6am the next morning.

The inspector that came to the house arrived early. The roof inspection was already completed before the scheduled inspection time. He was thorough. Besides documenting the issues that needed immediate attention, he also made me aware of any potential upcoming issues with the house. He was courteous to the seller and agent and explained the process to them. Within1 hour after the inspection I had a summary report. The application he used allowed me to create my own report for the seller detailing expectations on what was to be fixed or credited. I received the full report in 24 hours. I've had some bad experiences with home inspectors, but not Priority, and I would recommend Priority to friends and family.

I am in the process of buying a condo, and needed to get a home inspection of the property. I was very satisfied with the inspection. The Inspector used a flying drone to see parts of a multi-story town home I was looking to purchase. The images were taken using software that linked to a laptop on the ground. Very impressive seeing that it was 3 stories and hard to access.
